I'll admit it. Camp was funner than I thought it would be. But the food was. Ugh. I'll never look at baked beans the same way again, I mean, who eats baked beans for breakfast? I bet Joyce's patrol loved it though. Loads of farts.
I have muscle aches everywhere and the whole of both of my knees are black with bruises and I can't even touch them. Bloody hell. HAHAH But Challenge Valley was fun. I especially liked the last part with the water slide. I'm actually amazed Gen went in because she can't even put her head into the water. ABSEILING. I hate it. Gen and I kept hoping that the rain would get heavier instead of stopping, no help there though. And in the end we went up together and it was really scary and I was freaking out til Gen got up too. And when it was my turn I told the guy that the rope wasn't moving, and he told me I was holding on too tight. I wasn't even holding on ok. And I slammed into the wall because my shoes are disgusting and even though I scrabbled crazily at the wall I only got my shoes to hold on at the last minute. HAHAH Then I got the people up there to distract me from the people down below who were trying to encourage me which only makes me nervous. So thanks Gen, Qing Yuan, Kim, Qiao, Pei Jun and the others who were up there (I was too scared to look seriously) who sang songs and shouted out random characters and 'Jace in Kino'. That really helped. I can now understand what Charmaine ma'am said about one of the Sec1s. Because I have first hand experience and can I say that I actually agree with her now. Gastric Reflux huh. Vomiting toothpaste? Oh and the baggage rack was like 10cm deep into the ground and we couldn't take it out. And we had to keep pouring water into the soil to make it muddy so we could pull the stupid poles out. And now my water bottle is super muddy. Oh wellll. Oh and when we first got back I felt really weird because I wasn't that used to civilization anymore. And there were so many cars I felt overwhelmed. And our attempt at human chain was EPIC FAIL. Ended up running back and forth and Qiao and Gen and I were carrying this really heavy bag of wood and we were dying. I'm trying to get everything down before I forget anything. This camp went by a lot faster than last year's so I think that it must have been a lot more fun this year. BLACK SHEEP/WHITE SHEEP GAME (L) I play it best when I'm against Qiao, probably because I assume she's really blur and I'm a lot more relaxed. OH then we went to Ikea after we were dismissed. Some Sec2s and 3s which totally became a gossip session. It's like when we gather in a group we just have to gossip. We covered a really huge range and Gen and Felicia were like asleep on Wei Shuang ma'am's shoulders because 'they don't move' and apparently Gen can sleep with her head hanging. I can never do that, I just keep feeling like my head's going to drop off. Oh and Deborah ma'am should learn to make people feel better without insulting herself so seriously. |
