Ha. It's raining and I have ice-cream~ The best time to eat ice cream is when it's cold, isn't it? Today I was supposed to have duty. And so I arranged with Adreena so that she could collect my Sec1 test papers that I'm so ashamed of. Anyways there was lightning alert, so we couldn't do traffic duty. Resulting in me having to slog my way up the rotunda all the way to G1, where by the time I felt like imitating LaoShi who very often goes ' 热死啦，热死啦！' And the fact that the seeming imminent rain did not seem to change the temperature one bit. Going on. The chocolate was melted and squished up in my hand, and I don't even want to think about how Adreena's going to eat it.
I finished 'The Athenian Murders' today. It's Jess's book, but it's really the library books. She borrowed it from the library you see *peers spastically at your face to see whether you get it* Anyways I could have finished it yesterday, but I got through half of the book before almost going insane. There are so many characters around with enough murder and gory to disgust me, the 'sadist' person. Personally I don't think I'm sadist, but everyone else seems to think so. I wonder why. .-. Doesn't that remind you of someone hanging upside down? Anyway, during assembly today, it was super fun. At least the front part was. Some brass quintet was here to perform, they're called V5 I think. But the thing is, Balzato had her book with her and Bella noticed the scrap of paper inside. I shall note down their conversation, or at least as much as I can remember. "What's that?" *points to paper* "Oh, it's just something that I carry around with me because there are too many characters to remember." "So you write them all down in there?" "Yeah." "Can I see?" "Erm, ok..." That was when Bella and I started to try to read Balzato's handwriting, which some in C3 would know is barely legible. My English tuition teacher would faint if she saw it. So when we were done, I don't know how, but it was suddenly being thrown all around, with Ali(son) first taking hold of it, then Elaine, then Jess, then suddenly Jasmine. By the time it got to Jasmine, Balzato had decided that brutal force wasn't going anywhere. She started making soft, sobbing sounds... -.-'' Jasmine handed it to her in the end. And today, when Mr. Tham walked into class, suddenly everybody stood up and started singing 'Happy Birthday', zoo version. He stared at us really hard, and then said that he'd put it down to pre-exam stress. Afterward, when he was leaving, I think they sang 'Merry Chrismas and a Happy New Year'. He stared, then left. I'm sure he thinks us all as mad people now. |
